About This
- Our fine ground texture is ideal for expresso machines, pour-over cones, siphon brewers, aeropress, moka pots (stovetop espresso), café de olla, pour-overs, chemex, drip coffee makers, French presses, percolators, and cold brew.
- Honey-processed medium Roast has a smooth, low-acid profile with natural sweetness. The honey-process method allows some of the natural mucilage to stay intact.
- Freshly Roasted & Packed: It is sealed immediately to preserve peak freshness for smooth and nutty flavor profiles. It balances natural sweets, caramelized fruit notes, and some acidity.
- Single-Origin Costa Rica: Pure 100% Arabica beans grown in ideal volcanic climatic conditions. Cooler temperatures, higher altitudes, and abundant rainfall naturally made our organic superior quality.
- Mold-Free Medium Roast: Our medium roast coffee beans are heated to around 400–420°F, an optimal temperature for removing humidity and potential mold. It's then freshly packed in a double container to keep humidity away from your coffee.
